About Ohio E & S Agency Ohio
E & S Agency was founded by David Mangold in 1976. In 1981, he purchased the
business from its financial backers and became the sole owner. Today, 31 years
later, Ohio E & S is a leading broker of excess & surplus lines serving
agents throughout Ohio.
Mr. Mangold began his career in insurance in 1969 as a field representative for Pioneer Mutual Insurance. In 1971 he moved to Buckeye Union as a special agent. Since 1976, he has devoted his full efforts to the excess and surplus business. Mr. Mangold is a past president of the Toledo Association of Independent Insurance Agents. |
